DIGITAL PR ACCOUNT MANAGER - B2B SECTORS - OXFORD AGENCY

An Oxford-based communications agency is looking for a proactive and capable Digital PR Account Manager to become a vital part of their team.

This individual will be at the forefront of managing day-to-day activities across a diverse and exciting mix of B2C and B2B accounts. This role demands a proven track record in delivering integrated client strategies across multiple channels.

Ideally, they are looking for someone with B2B experience. The candidate will be working with a variety of clients, including some corporate clients in sectors such as health insurance, travel insurance and vehicle leasing for business fleets - so the ability to understand their business language and quickly grasp their industry is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning of client PR, influencer, and social media strategy and content.

  • Leading quarterly digital PR story planning initiatives.

  • Actively selling in stories to consumer and B2B media.

  • Overseeing social media content and channels

  • Influencer engagement and management.

  • Managing client relationships and providing regular reporting.

  • Effectively juggling client requirements and additional projects.

  • Mentoring junior team members to contribute to the overall growth and skill development of the team.

What the Agency is Looking For

  • Agency experience working on significant fame campaigns across PR and social channels OR have experience running digital PR campaigns (PR for SEO). Having both is a significant advantage.

  • Be creative and intellectually curious, with a genuine passion for brand communications in earned media.

  • Have a proven ability to consistently drive strong coverage results for clients and demonstrate the foresight to adapt media strategy when necessary.

  • Be trusted and well-liked by clients, with the ability to influence them through well-considered counsel that builds confidence in both them and the agency.

  • Demonstrate excellent project and time management skills.

  • Align with the agency beliefs and values.
