About the Role:

We are seeking a capable, confident, and energetic Account Manager or Senior Account Manager (AM/SAM) to join a growing communications consultancy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client accounts and executing impactful communications strategies, ensuring that client objectives and KPIs are met.

As an AM/SAM, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and competitive markets. You will contribute to the design of communication strategies, execute day-to-day activities, and manage junior staff. The role also requires you to drive media relations programs, cultivate relationships with journalists, and produce high-quality written content.

A key focus of this position will be on capital markets communications, where you will build an understanding of clients' analyst landscape, drive analyst engagement programs, and provide valuable insights on company reporting and obligations. You will also advise listed companies and those seeking to list on their communications strategy.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, you will be involved in ensuring account profitability, contributing to new business strategy, and providing internal people management support.

Requirements:

• 3 years of PR or relevant experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong client relationship skills

• In-depth knowledge of PR industry processes and practices

• Advanced media pitching skills and established media relationships

• Presentation and pitch presenting skills

• Ability to manage own workload and delegate effectively

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Degree-level education
